Kun holhottavalle oli määrätty uskottu mies valvomaan hänen etuaan ja oikeuttaan aiotussa kiinteistökaupassa, holhoojalla ei ollut oikeutta saattaa kysymystä kaupan hyväksymisestä holhoustuomioistuimen ratkaistavaksi.
